Description

Amer Fort, also known as Amber Fort, is a beautiful and historic fort located in Amer, a town 11 kilometres away from Jaipur, the capital city of Rajasthan, India. It is famous for its artistic style, blending both Hindu and Rajput elements. Amer Fort was built in the late 16th century by Raja Man Singh I, one of the Navratnas (nine gems) in the court of Akbar, the Mughal Emperor. Over the centuries, it has been expanded and renovated by various rulers. The fort is known for its stunning architecture, including large ramparts, series of gates, and cobbled paths. Inside, you can see beautiful palaces, courtyards, and gardens, with intricate carvings and mirror work.
